BACKPLANE BP-11 Charge — Magnetic iPad Wall Interface
Clicks flat to the wall — lifts off with one hand
61 neodymium magnets, installed at Apple’s exact array
Screws included with the single- and double-gang versions
BACKPLANE BP-11 Charge is a magnetic home interface system: a machined plate that holds a bare iPad Pro 11″ (M2) flat against the wall and keeps it charged through the Smart Connector. No case. No visible cable. No $300 mounting system.
61 magnet pockets sit at Apple’s exact internal magnet positions, taken from the accessory schematics, and every magnet is already installed when the plate reaches you — nothing to fit or sort. The iPad clicks on like a Smart Folio and lifts off with one hand. A wireless charging puck drops into a milled recess exactly as deep as the puck is thick — 4.65 mm — so it finishes flush with the face of the plate, and three pogo contacts meet the Smart Connector as the iPad seats itself.
Choose your back: BP-11.VX bolts to any VESA 100/75 arm or stand. BP-11.G1 mounts over a single-gang electrical box. BP-11.G2 mounts over a double-gang low-voltage box. All three are the same price — the choice is structural, not commercial.
What’s included. The plate with its magnets fitted, and the charging puck on BP-11.PWR. The two gang-box versions, BP-11.G1 and BP-11.G2, ship with the screws for the box they cover. BP-11.VX does not include hardware: every VESA arm and stand comes with its own, so use those.

Nothing sticks.
Nothing scratches.
All 61 magnets arrive already installed in the plate — there is nothing to fit, sort or align. The array holds the bare aluminium back of the iPad: no adhesive, no clamp, nothing touching the screen or the ports. The charging puck finishes flush with the face of the plate and three pogo contacts meet the Smart Connector as the iPad seats.
